This award is presented annually to one team in each Division. It is named in honor of George Saum (Adelphi) and Brad Hilton (Greenbelt), who both contributed much to the success of the Prince-Mont Swim League. It is awarded to one of the two smallest teams in each Division and is given to the one which improved the most relative to its initial seeding.
